Experience that matters
With over 20 years of experience as a director in North American retail, I have developed expertise in hiring, coaching, training, and conflict resolution. This strong background in business communication allows me to help you enhance your confidence and effectiveness in English.
Academically, I have taught English and Business Communications at an international language school and the University of Applied Sciences in Upper Austria. I’m also CELTA-certified and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Trent University.
In addition, I host a weekly talk radio show allowing me to sharpen my listening and conversational skills, and provide insights into effective communication.
